Stephanie Duke
Owner of Senior Living Advisors, DFW
With nearly 30 years of experience in the senior living and healthcare industry, Stephanie Duke branched out with her own placement and referral business in 2023. Throughout her career, she has helped countless families navigate the often-overwhelming process of finding the right senior living community for their loved ones.
Stephanie's passion for helping families is also deeply personal. When her own mother faced significant health challenges, Stephanie experienced firsthand just how stressful and emotional these decisions can be for an entire family. That experience gave her an even deeper understanding of the guilt, anxiety, and uncertainty families often feel when making decisions about senior care.
Based in Tarrant County, Texas, Stephanie has built strong relationships with hundreds of healthcare and senior living professionals throughout the area. Her goal is simple: to take some of the stress out of the search and help families find the right place to call home. This could be Independent Living with All-inclusive support services; Assisted Living; Memory Care; or Residential Assisted Living. It might even be an Active Living 55+ apartment community!
Drawing on nearly three decades of experience, industry knowledge, and extensive research, Stephanie provides families with personalized recommendations based on their loved one's needs, preferences, and budget. Her advisory services are free to families. When a family chooses a community through Senior Living Advisors DFW, the community pays a referral fee after the resident has lived there for 30 days.
Outside of work, Stephanie and her husband, Bobby, recently celebrated 40 years of marriage! They have two young adult sons, John Wayne and Kirk Douglas, and two much-loved dogs, Khan and Sulu. When she's not helping families navigate senior living, Stephanie enjoys spending time with the people—and dogs—she loves most.

Tina Chapman
Senior Advocate & Advisor
Tina Chapman has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, helping patients and families navigate complex care decisions with compassion and expertise. Since beginning her healthcare career in 2014, Tina has worked across multiple care settings including Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
Throughout her career, Tina has served in sales and marketing roles where she built strong relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and community partner’s while advocating for patients to receive the right level of care at the right time. Her deep understanding of the healthcare continuum allows her to guide families through the often-overwhelming process of choosing the best senior living and care options for their loved ones.
Tina is passionate about educating families, simplifying the transition process, and ensuring everyone receives personalized support based on their unique needs. Her experience across the full spectrum of post-acute care provides valuable insight into senior living options and care coordination.
